hi my name is maheen. I am 28 years old and unmarried. My height is 5 feet and 3 inches. My weight is 78kg. I want to lose my weight and wants your help and guidance for this. My eating routine is 2 whole wheat roti per day with salan, 2 cups of tea per day without sugar, 11 almonds per day. I have also some problems like constipation, irregular periods, deficiency of calcium. For this i am using Calcium tablets and vitamin B. I am also taking green tea without sugar in morning and do 30 mins walk. But still i am gaining my weight. I am very dishearten. Kindly guide me how can i reduce my weight. Please help me i shall be very thankful to you. My other medical tests are OK like thyroid etc.
Hello! First of all you should have a lot of determination and never give up. Sime days you will feel to give up but don't. This feeling will pass and you will feel proud of yourself. Don't starve yourself. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. For example: Yogurt with low percentage of fat +oatmeals+ chia seeds, sunflower seeds with have banane 1/2teaspoon of honey. For lunch : a large bowl of green salad, 1/2teaspoon of oliveoil, tomatoe. 1 portion of fish or instead of it 2 chicken wings. For dinner 2 chicken wings and a glass of low percentage of fat milk. Between meals zone fruit for example: Apple or banane. Exercise. Try to run more minutes every week so your metabolism will speed up. Try to do weight training with cardio after one month, so you have gain a little bit of resistance. Have faith and stay focused. Best regards.
