Hi, It's a wise decision to choose a healthy lifestyle. In order to loose excess weight, I would suggest you to do brisk walking for 30 mins everyday and then increase the intensity. Stretching exercises will also help and improve your flexibility. Cut down on bakery items and eat more of fresh fruits and salads. All the best.
