Swelling Over The Belly Button, Weight Gain, Edema On The Legs. Possibility Of Clot Ruled Out Through Blood Test. Should I Be Worried?

I noticed light swelling just right of my belly button over the past week or so. I have had 45 pounds of weight gain over the past year as well. My legs swell slightly and show some adema. I went to the ER a few months back and they did blood work which ruled out a clot. They said everything came back perfect. Should I be worried? Thanks

Hi.
Thanks for choosing HCM.
You may be having a hernia [Umbilical / Para-umbilical].
The wait gain may be causing pressure on Inf.Vena Cava which can cause swollen legs & this swelling near belly button.
Try losing weight.
Reduce salt in diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Do some abdominal crunches after consulting a doctor.
