Hi,

Based on the information provided you are having an pain in your chest and that to at a specific spot, such presentation are "not associated with any heart attack" so please calm down, more over you underwent the EKG and the other tests like angiography (where dye was injected) and all them came out to be normal. This clears out all the heart related issues. Even your thyroid profile came to be normal leaves your ANXITY to be the leading cause for your weight loss and not eating enough as you do not feel hungry is an additive factor in that matter, so try to relax and calm your nerves.

It seems you are facing a costo-condritis, which is a swelling/ inflammation of the rib cage joints and that does hurt. To treat such condition you need to do some warm compresses and take pain killers. And try not to exert, and for while just give rest to body. Don't to any hard exercises with you arms.

hope it helps
