Tender Spot Below Shoulder Blade, Touch Sensitive. Reason?

Three days ago I developed an extremely tender spot below my left shoulder blade. It is extremely touch sensitive. Ibuprofen does help alleviate some of the pain. It hurts to even lean against my couch or recliner. I think it might be a muscle thing, some movements do hurt but I have not done anything to pull a muscle.

It looks like some kind of bed sore. So the treatment you can continue with Ibuprofen + use Absorb powder to heal and not to any infection there.
