General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

It could be from various reasons ranging from a simple gastric ulcer to a growth in the abdomen. Only way to know is by proper examination and investigation. You will have to undergo an endoscopy and ultrasonography to identify the probabilities. A gastroenterologist will be able to pin point the cause.
Once the cause is made by the gastroenterologist, I would be able to assist you about the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
