Hi
Well good you got a detailed work up done at that time.
The
facial paralysis for 2 weeks was probably bells palsy. That part is well understood.
The present complaints that you mentioning inspite of all reports being normal needs to be looked into.
Are you sure your MRI brain report was normal?
In that case you would first have to rule out
vertigo due to impairment of vestibular apparatus.
You would have to get in touch with a
ENT specialist and get a thorough clinical examination done.
If everything is normal then you would have to repeat MRI Brain to rule out any cerebellar pathology which also produce similar symptoms and has to be ruled out.
As for the heart beating hard and
shortness of breath, you need to first get an ECG done .
Do you have past history or family history of asthma?
So to summarise the investigations suggested:
1. MRI Brain with contrast ( check your
serum creatinine before doing )
2. ECG
3. Chest X-Ray (pa view)
Thanks.
