Tiredness, Light-headed Before Passing Bowel Movements, Nasal Discharge. Causes For Symptoms?

I feel extremely tired, lightheaded right before I m about to have a bowel movement . When I pass stool right after that, I have a runny nose . I don t stress while passing stool - I am never constipated. Once I m done passing stool I feel infinitely better and back to normal. This has been the case for more than a year now.

Thanks for the query to HCM.
History of illness is very ambiguous so very difficult to answer but lightheadedness and tiredness may be due to .
1 Anemia , diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin examination.
2 In few persons urge of defecation causes mild increase in blood pressure so that may be the reason .
3 Amoebic colitis is the another reason so get in stool examination enamoeba histolica .
4 Ulcer in very early stage may be in colon .Diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy.
In my opinion deal as mentioned above.
