Took Postinor 2 After Unprotected Sex. Period Was Delayed. Bleeding Not Stopped. HCG Test Shows 280.02 MUI/ml.

I took Postinor2 after an unprotected intercourse (within 24 hours). The menses for that month got late by 5 days and started bleeding after the delay. The bleeding doesn't stop and now it's for almost one month. I did 03 pregnnacy strip test and all those were negative. But in the Serum Beta HCG test it shows 280.02 mUI/ml. Am I pregnant?

Hello
thanks for your query.
The B HCG shows positivity.
It could indicate a failing pregnancy, a chemical pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy.
To differentiate between them, you need to have serial measurements of B HCG or a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan.
Please consult a gynecologist.
All the best.
