General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I suggest to report to your doctor about blood in the stool. Please bare in mind that using Lexapro is associated with easy bleeding of any source. Yours is from gastrointestinal tract.

Your doctor/GI specialist would examine your anus area and would ask for further tests (including colonoscopy) to determine the right diagnosis and get right treatment.

All the best!
