Treated For Sinusitis. Having Swollen Lymph Nodes And Fatigue. Having Blisters On Tongue And Throat. Concerned
i was treated for sinutis over a month ago, within a week of being done with them my lypth nodes on neck felt more swollen and i had extreme fatigue and low grade fever remained. they tested me for mono and strep, both negative. Now I have blister/bumps all over tounge and under and on throat. fatigue is worse. I see Dr. tommorow to get more labs
Your description is not very clear for me to come to a provisional diagnosis over the internet. Good that you are visiting your doctor for some more tests tomorrow. With the quick succession in which your symptoms have developed it could be an infection - viral or bacterial. Also, there are many other conditions which could present with the manifestations you have described including some disorders of the blood etc. I am not trying to scare you; all I am saying is that if it is a viral infection it would take seven to ten days to resolve; it is always better to undergo few tests to rule out other conditions.
