Trying For Weight Loss. Can I Satisfy My Cravings With Cerelac? Does It Have Too Much Sugar And Fat?
Hello, I am constantly trying to lose weight and I am usually always between +/- 2-3 kilos. I love eating CERELAC and recently found that it is very satisfying for cravings when trying to cut off sweets and fatty snacks or meals. I was wondering if substituting a meal with cerelac will help me lose weight ? or does it have too much sugar or fat in it ? Thank you
hi rachel...what you are doing is incorrect and will never lead to weight loss..dont eat cerelac.. instead change your lifestyle to control your cravings..you need to go for brisk walks daily for 1 hour..eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. fruits , nuts , salads, egg whites sprouts as mid meals..avoid fried and junk as these will increase your cravings even more.. drink green tea, coconut water.. have salads with lunch and dinner.. avoid carbs like brads and rice for dinner.. sleep well.. drink plenty of water..
cerelac is for babies and babies need more energy dense food than us since they are growing at a very high rate. so if you eat cerelac i really doubt it will help you lose weight also i have never heard it can satisfy craving, it is high energy food so it has to satisfy hunger.
if you really want to lose weight then you have to make a diet plan and exercise plan and follow it.
