USG Report Shows Uterus Is Anterted And Bulky In Size, Echotexture Is Minimally Heterogenous

my usg report shows : UTERUS : It is anterted and BULKY IN SIZE & measures 103x43x56 mm in size. Its echotexture is minimally heterogenous. Cervix is prominent with a Nabothian cyst in it. No definite focal SOL is seen. Endo echo is central and is of normal thickness. Endo cavity is emply.

IMPRESSION : BULKY UTERUS with PROMINENT CERVIX.

Your USG report suggests that
1.Uterus in enlarged in size with its normal anteverted position.
2.Echotexture of uterus is heretrogenous.It may be due to many reasons like adenomyosis etc.
3.Cervix in prominent means it is mildly enlarged and it has also nabothian cyst.Nabothian cyst is normally found in cervix. It is asymptomatic.
4.No definite lesion is seen.
5.Endometrial cavity is empty and has normal thickness.
