Dear friend, welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.

Your breast sonography changes of fibrous and cystic (enlarged spaces) changes in the breast tissue, on the upper, outer quadrant on both sides which is a common benign condition (non-cancerous).
A small lymph node is seen in the armpit which is insignificant. Rest breats are normal.

There is nothing to worry about.

Be guided by your gynaecologist who ordered the scan. You will be evaluated for any cyclical changes in the breasts which are common with these changes.(pain, lumpiness, enlargement etc)
Rarely there is a cancerous change and needs expert examination.

I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
Good Luck!

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Siddartha's  Response
Hello
welcome to health care magic
Regarding your ultrasonography of breast,,you have fibrocystic changes in the both breasts..these are benign changes but not malignant.(non-cancerous)..
skin and nipple outline are also normal..
Fibro cystic changes in the breast causes pain, tenderness, feeling of heaviness.and occasionally small lump..
But the lymph node in the axilla is the odd thing.

Madam consult pathologist and have your FNAC(fine needle aspiration cytology) of lymph node..
It will tell you the status of lymph node in the right axilla..
After that consult general surgeon and he will guide you towards perfect diagnosis and treatment..
Hope you understand my suggestion..
Thank you
