Uterus is normal in size, anteverted, measures approx 7.6 * 3.6*5.0 and shows homogenous myometrial echoes.No focal lesions are noted in the uterus.The endometrium is widened measures 16.6 mm in thickness and shows heterogenous products with marked regional hyperemia Right ovary measures 3.6*1.6 and left oavry measures 2.5*1.2 Both ovaries appear normal in size , shape and echotexture Both adnexae are clea.There is no free fluid or obvious pelvic adenopathy Impression :- RPOCs in situ

Endometrium is part of uterus which is getting affected in menses or bleeding. its thickness is depending on day of menses or age of patient. In your case you didn't mention your age. Also uterus is slightly bulky.
If you are postmenopausal then it is highly significant. Also your uterus is slightly bulky. I will suggest please consult your gynaecologist for further management.
