Unable To Lose Weight Post Child Birth, Neck Pain. Taking Walks, Exercising, Dancing. Treatment?

hello doctor , my name is XXXXX , i a 23 years old, i have one child , he has a 2 years , i m worry about my health , i have lot of problems after delivery . my delievry was normal. i wanna know i m doing my diet for 3 months . im not getting results , my wait is 62 and height 1,57 , i m doing exercice everyday working in office and dance and walk everyday . but how i can lose weight. i have a pain of my neck . please tell me .

hi XXXXX....i can understand your frustration because of not losing weight...all you need to do is continue with your exercise routine..eat small frequent meals like fruits, nuts, salads, roasted snacks like chana kurmura/ khakra as mis meals.. you can easily carry or keep them in office..make sure to eat salads with lunch and dinner.. try replacing wheat with jowar, bajra, ragi, brown rice..avoid milk as some people do not lose weight with milk..keep dinner as light as possible like salads/ stir fry/ soups with some grilled chicken/ steamed fish or veggies..keep sipping water throughtout the day..am sure you will get results.. take care..

hi,

for neck pain i suggest you get evaluated by orthopedician.i think there is neck pain due to weight issue.your ideal weight should be 55-58kg you need to reduce around 5-6 kg that should be enough. you have to make a proper diet chart and follow it.
