Under Active Thyroid, Weight Gain, Dry Skin, Fatigue. TSH Normal. Thyroid Condition?
Hi, I have Thyroid issues in my family and have had several symptoms of under active thyroid such weight gain , dry skin , itchy eyes, hair falling out, fatigue , sluggishness, and depression. I ve also noticed that I ve had difficulty swallowing and disgestive issues. I had the blood test (tsh) and it came back normal. Is it possible to have a normal test, but still have a thyroid problem? Thank You

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Since your TSH is normal and you have symptoms of hyputhyroidism get done complete thyroid profile once and also FBS, PPBS and lipid profile. Do regular outdoor exercises, drink plenty of fluid and dieting. Consult your doctor for examination and management. Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
