Undergoing IDD Therapy. Have Back And Ribs Pain. Healing Time?
Im currently undergoing idd therapy for 2 herniated discs in my lower back and one in the cervical area. This is my third week and all i feel is pain over the whole of my back and ribs with no relief on the affected areas. They say after 2 weeks i wiould feel some relief and im now nearing 3 and some days like today feel pyhsically ill

This type of problem can take long time almost 6-12 wks, different for different people. I can suggest you to have hang on, take rest, continue therapy.
