Hi, I am Selvi. I am willing to reduce my weight without any side effect. Please suggest me some guidlines. I am staying in hostel so unable to follow any diet plan say accordingly suitable for me. My height is 5.7 feet and weight is 75kg i need ti reduce upto 10 kg. Please suggest me what need to do. Thanks in Advance.

Without dieting and regular exercise loosing weight is quite impossible. Some advises for you to follow to reduce weight are:
1. Do regular exercise for at least one hour daily.
2. Avoid all type fatty, oily and junk food.
3. Take you diet according to your need (in calories approx. 1700 calories per day).
4. Take less sugar as much as you can.
5. Take less diet in your dinner.
