Wants To Lose Weight, Enhance Metabolism. Dieting, Exercising Do Not Help. Weight Loss Tips?
What is the most effective way to lose weight ? I ve tried cutting calories and excercising then I tried eating healthy and exercising , but I just don t know how to lose weight . I know for sure I have no type of diseases or issues preventing me from losing weight . I just don t know the most effective way to do it . How can I speed up my metabolism ?
hi nisha... i believe you are not giving diet and exercise enough time to show results..you need to focus on lifestyle change rather than a temporary diet regime to just reach your goal..start with brisk walks daily for 1 hour, eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. green tea 3-4 cups/day.. start your day with banana/ 2 dates.. then have poha/ oats upma/ idli.. avoid milk and wheat completely as some people dont lose weight with these..have fruits, nuts, sprouts, egg whites as mid meals..salads with lunch along with 1 jowar roti + veggies+ dal..keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ grilled chicken/ steamed fish...drink lots of water.. sleep well..
you are not noticing any loss weight because you are not dieting in the right way, and second thing is you have to lose weight slowly,do not expect to lose it in a month or so.
you have to calculate your ideal weight first,take your height in cms minus 100 gives your ideal weight for your height. now you have to make diet chart ,write it down and keep and follow it everyday
