Weakness, Unable To Walk, Shaking Of Leg, Unable To Speak Well. All Tests Negative. Should He Be Treated For Lymes?

My brother, 54, is having weakness to the point he cannot walk. One leg started out as shaking all the time. He now cannot speak well and is now in the hospital. All tests are coming back negative. I think he has lymes. He is on seizure meds to help the leg shake, and sleeps a lot. Can I ask that he be treated for lymes?
