Weight Gain After Tahbso Surgery, Please Suggest Me Any Medicine Or Exercise
i have tahbso surgery and another surgery due to infection 6 months before. now i am feeling increasing abdomen and weight gain. i am not taking astrogen. plz suggest me any medicine or exercise for this problem.

After major surgery of tahbso surgery yo may increase your weight due to,
There may be hormonal imbalance due uterus,ovaries removed.
After major surgery there is less physical exercise and more nourishing food.
Go for regular exercise like walking,swimming.
Go for abdominal exercise to reduce abdominal fat,
Avoid fried, fatty,junk food.
