Weight Gain, Irregular Periods. History Of Being Diagnosed PCOS. Remedy?

Hello Dr.

02yrs back I was diagnosed PCOS since then I noticed drastic weight gain in myself, I m blessed with a baby girl 01yr back. But the problem for weight gain & irregular periods are still there.Pls guide me how can I loose weight & get back to normal periods. I got my last periods on April,2013

Hi..
Get one thyroid profile done to check if there is any hypothyroidism.
It also has the similar symptoms..
For regularization of peroids you can take OC pills for about 3-6 months with your doctor's suggestion when once the diagnosis is made.
Improve your life style with regular exercise and take nutritious food...
It should not be a major problem when once the treatment is started.
