Weird Pulsating Throbbing On My Left Vocal, Could This Be Related To My Screaming ?

Hi. I've been screaming for many hours on the weekend to bring people into my business. I've developed a weird pulsating throbbing on my left vocal chord. Could this be related to my screaming ?

The problem which have got is surely because of you screaming. you might have caused some damage to ypur vocal cord to find out exactly how serious is your damage you have to undergo laryngospopy which is simple OPD procedure done to visualise vocal cord it takes few minutes. but any case take absolute voice rest do the steam inhalation drink plenty of warm fluids avoid eating cold drinks and even cold water.
consult ENT surgeon for above procedure
