I have been suffering with a swollen jawline which is tender to touch and feel like I have two small lumps that I can feel, along with this I have earache, mouth ulcers and my teeth are sensitive and I have sore gums, I am having trouble eating, drinking and sleeping.
thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the swelling over the jaw line could be because of the abscess arising from tooth infection...the small lumps could be enlarged regional lymphnodes secondary to infection...the ulcers in the mouth could be because of stress either it can be aphthous or herpes virus infection....take a course of antibiotics and topical analgesics and anesthetics...the sensitivity in the teeth could be because of attrited or abraded teeth...you can use desensitizing tooth paste..i hope my answer will help you... take care...
