General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the peptic ulcer, GERD, irritant foods, gallbladder stones, anxiety etc.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have gastroscopy, ultrasound for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, antacid gel.
Avoid taking sices, junk foods, and oily foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
