Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Having vaginal bleeding along with pain abdomen could be signs of threatened abortion, that is process of abortion has been initiated but can be reversed with appropriate management.
The good thing is fetal cardiac activity is good.
Adequate bed stress and ruling out contributing factors like Urinary tract infection will take care of the scenario.
Discuss it with your Gynecologist, things can be taken care off and you will definitely carry to term if appropriately managed.

Take care
