Sometimes I get these little red/purple veins in my legs. I've searched the internet for ways to get rid of them, but the results are mostly for spider, or varicose veins. What are they, and is there any way I can go about getting rid of them naturally?
Hi, they seem to be spider veins which are nothing but mildly enlarged surface veins and common in women specially those with light colored skin. They usually do not cause any problem and people undergo treatment for the unsightly look of the veins and not for anything else. So, dont worry they will not hurt you. But if you want them gone then the only treatment would be injections of Sclerosants in the area what we call as Sclerotherapy. You can also try Compression stockings which help in some cases and keep the veins from enlarging. Take care and do let us know if we can help you with any more queries.
