What Are The Movements Of The Baby That We Can Feel During Eighth Month Of Pregnancy And Why Are The Movements Less Compared To Previous Month?
What kind of baby movements we can feel in 8th month of pregnancy? Like in 7th month there are so many movements including kicks. But now, in 8th month, i can feel the movements, but not as strong as 7th. They are less. Can you please advice me on this?
Hi, Thanks for the query. Usually with increasing gestational age fetal movements can be well appreciated. Kicking, punching, rolling, sliding etc movements can be appreciated. Sometimes when the baby is sleeping the movements can decrease. In case of over distension of abdomen due to polyhydramnios, anterior placenta etc conditions, fetal movements may not be appropriate well. So, once consult gynecologist and get examined. Go for fetal biophysical profile. If everything is normal no need to worry. You can continue with regular antenatal checkups and ultrasound examinations. Take care.
