I would suggest that you use a topical ointment like tretinoin or benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin to control your acne. If you are planning to have a baby, avoid using Tablet azento and tretinoin cream both. Please speak with your dermatologist about this as topical/local treatment is always better than oral treatment.
