What Are The Side Effects Of Sinus Infection?
Dear Dr,
I have had clear fluid coming out of my ears for the past 12 years (I am 22 now). I used to have sinus infections a lot when I was around 10 years old. Also, I have been experiencing tinnitus all these years. In addition, when I bend over, I feel pressure in my head, like its going to explode. And now, I feel like I cannot hear as well as i used to. What shall I do?

By your history it looks like chronic sinusitis has lead to chronic otitis media (ear discharge due to perforated ear drum), my advice for you is to consult an ent specialist to confirm both the diagnosis and in case the above diagnosis is true then you have undergo treatment for sinus infection following which ears can be treated, meanwhile keep your ear dry, plug your ears with cotton and apply Vaseline over it while taking bath to prevent water entry. Take care.
