What Are The Symptoms Of Dengue?
What if the normal body temperature goes down and stays same for 2-3days after awaking from fever and cough problem still stays with you after medication what would it be shall we go for a blood test.is dre any possibilty of dengue or malaria fever.i wish nt be plz help me out i wld be rely thnkful to u thanks

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to either viral fever or Respiratory tract infection.
Investigations like complete blood count, peripheral smear for malaria, Dengue check and X-ray of chest will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.
As the cough is still persisting, management includes:
1. Steam inhalation.
2. Anti-tussive preparation for symptomatic control of cough.
3. Antibiotics depending upon culture & sensitivity reports.
4. Antihistamine preparations can also be used to provide symptomatic relief.
5. Maintain adequate hydration & a healthy balance diet.
6. Also make sure that you are well protected from cold, dust & other allergens.
Your symptoms will be relieved with this.
So, kindly consult your General Physician & start treatment as advised.
