Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Diagnosis of toxoplasmosis is made by various methods approaches that includes serological testing (that is measures of immunoglobulin), direct observation of the parasite in stained tissue sections and CSF.
Patient history is important along with signs and symptoms. Look for any abnormal hard lumps around neck area (cervical lymphadenopathy), muscle pain and flu like symptoms, consult a physician if needed to get the test done.
Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
