Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

You seem to suffer from Androgenetic alopecia, which is genetically programmed patterned hair loss from the frontal and temporal scalp along with hair thinning and recession of frontal hair line.

Minoxidil and finasteride, are FDA approved for androgenetic alopecia. Minoxidil should be applied twice daily, 1ml with a dropper, at the scalp skin. Finasteride can be taken once daily.

In my practice I also ask my patients of androgenetic alopecia to use a ketoconazole based shampoo daily as well.

For Acne you can use a topical clindamycin gel once daily during day time and benzoyl peroxide gel once daily for night time application.

Visit a dermatologist for a prescription of these and follow up with your dermatologist every 2 weeks.

Your treating dermatologist might feel the need to put you on oral antibiotics as well depending on the severity of your acne/inflammatory acne

For oily and acne prone skin you could you a salicylic acid based face wash twice daily.
