What Can Be The Cause For Stomach Bloating And Pulsating?

hello, I hope you may help with my problem. I'm 28 man, very fit BUT I regularly smoke and drink heavily. For the last couple of years I have noticed that my stomach seems to pulsate. After a night out drinking (usually rum and coke) and smoking heavily I notice the next day (s) I suffer from extremem bloating, strong stomach pulsating which in turn keeps me up at night. I realise the obvious advice would be to stop drinking/smoking but I wonder if my heavy nights are simply flaring up an underlying condition which I already have, the pulsating sensation for example never goes. Any thoughts?
