What Can Cause Pain In Calves With Fever?
My son has had a viral infection since tuesday. He had a fever until Friday afternoon that ranged from 102 - 100; yesterday he woke up with sever calf pain and can hardly walk. He has been drinking a lot of water and was prescribed a zpak which he finished yesterday and I was alternating tylenol and advil for fever. Not sure what is causing the calf pain?

In case of viral fever muscular stiffness is very common condition and this comes around as the course of disease overs the condition can be treated well with Ibuprofen and some time soda water helps a lot and this is worth trying, nothing to worry, hope this information helps,
