What Can Cause Weight Gain All Of A Sudden?
i am on the pill, but i have only spot bleed during the placebo tablets for the last 3 months, I seem to be putting on a great deal of weight yet not eating differently. I also took a pregnancy test the first time I didnt seem to get my period it was negative. what might be the cause?

Birth control pills can cause increase in weight.
Other reason could be hypothyroidism.
Get yourself tested for thyroid functions.
In addition start a regular aerobic exercises schedule of 45-60 minutes along with proper dietary control measures like avoiding sweets,fatty and junk foods,colas and fried foods.
It is possible to have a spot bleeding and not full flow when you are on birth control pills.
