What Causes Fever And Headache?

hi my son is 14 year old, since the past 4 days he is under medication for fever with complaints of headache and pain in swallowing. doctor has prescribed combiflam for fever and amox for antibiotic. the fever is still recurring with him feeling weaker and loss of appetite. we have already made a blood check up with the result showing negative for malarial infection. kindly advice?

continue amox and combiflame
I suggest balanced diet with fruits or fruit drinks for weakness and tab zincovit 1 tab daily
