What Causes A Stiff Arm In A Stillborn Child?

I had a stillborn son at 15 weeks. His right arm was up and stiff. Why is that? The arm would not come down. His left arm was very flexible. Did he break his arm? I have incompetent cervix and the sac was providing ou of my vagina before I went to The hospital. The sac was intact during delivery.

it needs modifications to deliver baby.
