What Causes Abdominal Cramps With Sore Throat And Dry Cough?
hi please can you help me-ive had mild pain stomach cramps on and off for last 4 days-now i have a cold,sore throat,dry cough,runny nose and slight temperature-are they connected. I feel that i have period pains-slighlty burning-but not due on my period.x

The symptoms seem to be related to a cold. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest to drink liquids and rest. The symptoms will continue for a few days and go away gradually.
