What Causes Abdominal Discomfort With Acidity And Nausea?

i have costant abdominal discomfort from past few months bad taste in mouth on rising in the morning stomach acidity and feel nausea and abdominal diacomfort even on drinking water and some times feels crams in abdomen and sometimes costipation how can i get rid of this codition
