Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of bacterial infections in stomach. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like lot of dairy products in diet , irritable bowel syndrome , not enough water or fiber in your diet, hypothyroidism and due to antacid medicines containing calcium or aluminum. The symptoms can also occur due to hormonal changes. Need not to worry. For now eat more fruits and vegetables , drink plenty of water , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take antacid after every meal. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , endoscopy and ultrasound . Doctor may change your medicine or prescribe laxative , H2 blockers or antibiotics.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
