What Causes Black Stool With Stomach Pain In Infants?

my 1and half yers old son had stomach pain for last 3 days.his stool is black in colour and stool routine test shows pus cellc 2-4 HPF.RBC ,ova ,cyst,reducing sugar NILL.With in 6 months,he got the same for 4 times.and i was confuced ,why he is getting the infection very month.For the last 3 times doctor suggest TAXIMO.
