Dear doctor My name is Krister age 25, Female. May I ask I have use a vitamins A cleansing lotion for all skin type and after that I apply GLYCOL12 and than apply the aroma acne clear gel and for morning I will apply Gentle Sun Protect SPF50+/PA+++ and at night I will than apply the ultrafine recovery cream to moisture. But I still have some blackheads and whiteheads on my forehead, nose and under my mouth and almost all my face. When people get closer to me will see more clearly. So what should I do? Thanks.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history, you are having acne vulgaris.

My treatment advice is:
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on affected skin.
3. Other treatment options are oral Doxycycline and Comedone extraction done by a dermato-surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
