Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query and after co-relating your symptoms with possible pathological process it appears as there may be -

1- Thrombocytopenia.

2- Chronic liver disease leading to increase in PROTHROMBIN TIME.

3- Bleeding disorder.

4- Leukemias.

Since you are not having any history of ear disease and bleeding from ear is pain less is very significant and it indicates towards haematological disease. So please consult your physician for thorough checkup of vascular system and marrow.

Regards.
