What Causes Bleeding In My Vagina After Every Intercourse ?

SEXUAL INTERCOURSE MAKES ME BLEED AND MAKES ME WORRY IM 18! My name is Rachele, I am 18 years old. I had a termantion about a year ago, and had the needle then and there. then it wore off, I had a heavy,painful bleeding which never finished for 9 months then had enough and tried the implonon, but it made it worse! So I got it removed, then one night of this reapted bleeding I went to my local E.D and was told their was a lump on my cervic, which was a high risk of cervical cancer :/ but still (5months later) dont know what it is, I had to have blood tranusions non stop I lost that much blood a day. But the bleeding stopped one night!(5months ago) I was pleased, I waited 2 months, with both had periods during til my next sexual intercourse session, but instant heavy bleeding. didnt try sexual intercouse again til tonight! instant bleeding, heavy too :( please help me!
