im 43 years old. im experiencing upper bloated stomach, sore breasts and my nipple stick out more and is rubbery, lower back pain, dissiness, lightheaded, pee alot, headaches runny nose and a little nose bleed.feet swell and hurt also havent had my period in 2 months and my sence of smell is alot more intence
I think you you may be suffering from perimenopausal symptoms as these symptoms are common before menopause. Also, I would suggest you to have a thyroid profile test done and also prolactin test done as these symptoms can be caused due to thyroid abnormality. Do a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen start a paracetamol course for 5 days with azithromycin tablet in empty stomach for 5 days. Also, I would suggest a ultrasound examination of both breast to rule out other causes.
