I have experienced major bloating in my stomach for years now and have finally decided i must see a doctor. I eat very healthy, drink a lot of water, and workout on a basis so i am confused as to why i am always SO bloated. I can eat the smallest piece of food and be tremendously bloated afterwards. I need help!

Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Many reasons for bloating after food as - chronic gastritis or duodenitis -
gastric or duodenal ulcer - gall bladder or biliary pathology as calculus or
other - intestinal motility related issues as gastroparesis - others
* I would suggest first step to take ultrasound examination of abdomen &
pelvis , depending upon its results upper GI Endoscopy as second step
may be needed or not
Hope this clears your query
Welcome for any further assistance
