Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
This really sounds like severe
gastritis. The
bloating of abdomen, gurgling sounds, tightness of the abdomen are all symptoms of gastritis, especially in combination. There is a possibility that you may have
nausea or vomitting also, and this may explain to us the reason of the loss of your appetite as well. Loss of appetite can also be explained by the previously mentioned symptoms.
Ideally, you should get an
endoscopy to test the diagnosis. The alternative way is to take Tab
Omeprazole 20 mg once daily, preferably half hour before having food (breakfast). If this helps, you surely have gastritis.
Please let me know the effects so I can help you further.
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
