What Causes Blood Clots In Stool?

Im 46 and for seveal yrs ive been having mucous in my stool. Had colonoscopy when I was 39. Dr stated I had ibs. I started havng blood in my stool for severl months thought it was hemmroids. Yesterday 7ish started having clots wouldn't stop for at least5 mins. Done it twice and once already this morning. Feel weird numb in fingers and toes.

Some advice that I can give to you are :
-Anticholinergic medications. Medications such as dicyclomine (Bentyl) can help relieve painful bowel spasms
-Eat more fiber.
-Drink more liquid
